PyQHub
An automated previous-year question paper platform — live at pyqace.com with 500+ papers across medical university boards.
The problem
Medical students waste hours hunting for previous-year papers scattered across forums, PDF drives and WhatsApp groups. There is no single, searchable, reliable source — and maintaining one manually is an unpaid full-time job.
What we built
We built an automated pipeline that discovers papers from public sources, validates them through 15 quality gates (OCR accuracy, question detection, metadata completeness, duplicate detection), and publishes high-confidence papers automatically. A content studio generates educational video content from the papers using local AI inference. The whole platform runs on a single VPS with PostgreSQL, Redis workers, MinIO storage and Caddy TLS.

Deployment
Every devops brief we write starts plain: the problem, the plan, and the outcome we're accountable for.
